Greenhouse structure: hot dipped galvanized pipe, zinc coating 275gsm, 15-20 years life.

Covering material: 

On the roof there are four layers coverings:

Outside is covered by black-white film to block lights, 150micron thickness, 5 years life.

In the middle layer is 12cm thickness(6cm thickness each and two layers) heat insurance material.

Inside is also covered by black-white film to block lights, 150micron thickness, 5 years life.

This is to make sure the excellent heat insurance of the greenhouse.

Front&back side of the greenhouse is covered by 5cm thickness steel sandwich panel(foam inside).

There are total two aluminum windows on front or back side of the greenhouse to make sure enough fresh air inside greenhouse, size is 40cm x 60cm.

There is air conditioner in the greenhouse to control the temperature and air exchange inside and outside of greenhouse. Soft wind pipe fixed overhead for cold air distribution included.

Fogging system is used to increase air humidity

The mushroom shelf is 1.2m width, five layers, each layer is 40cm height, total height 2.4m

The shelf is made of hot galvanized steel pipe, 32*2mm thickness.
